Can I get married outside without being baptized in Minnesota?

My fiance and I are planning on getting married next year but her mom says I have to be baptized and confirmed into her church to be married either inside or outside. Is that true? Can I get married outside without being baptized in Minnesota?
If an officiant from her church is performing the ceremony that may be their requirement. (It'd be a church rule, not a state law)...Can I get married outside without being baptized in Minnesota?
You can get married with a church service or in the court by a judge.

Some religions will only let their ministers marry someone from their church. Other religions allow their ministers to marry anyone.

Make your plans with your fiance then tell the mother. If she doesn't approve tell her that her only option is to not attend.

Of course you may find she will never speak to you again, which might be a good thing.
Rubbish, if that church itself refuses to marry you unless you convert, then it aint worth marrying there, there is always places willign to marry people without religious affiliations.

BTW tell her church enforced baptism or baptism by fire is sinful, no man should be forced to baptise when he or she has no desire to join this particular church.

Some churches take the piss, my ex one her family members was NOT allowed to show her shoulders on her wedding dress because it was 7th day adventist.
What church are you marrying through? Obviously, not Catholic as they generally do not perform outdoor ceremonies (except in select locations). Contact the pastor or minister who will be marrying you and ask. What she's asking you to do is to convert and if you do not want to, you shouldn't feel obligated.
I got married and I was never baptized in Minnesota...
Depends on who is marrying you...the church offical may not be able to marry you if you are not of that faith (no matter what the location).
Each church can make their own rules.

But if you don't believe her, ask the priest/pastor/minister of that church.
