Is it only married couples that get the tax rebate for kids? or is it everyone with kids?

The way its been worded is individuals get 600, couples get 1200 and those with kids get an additional 300 per child, so I am just not sure if it is only married couples or if it is everyone. Anyone have any ideas? Is it only married couples that get the tax rebate for kids? or is it everyone with kids?
Under the terms of the tentative agreement between the White House and Congressional Democrats, individual taxpayers would get up to $600 in rebates, working couples $1,200. Those with children an additional $300 per child under the agreement. Families who make at least $3,000 but don't pay taxes would get $300 rebates.

Nothing has passed Congress yet, so everything is subject to change. Is it only married couples that get the tax rebate for kids? or is it everyone with kids?
I'm not sure, I noticed the same thing%26gt; I'm also wondering for those that didn;t pay taxes but get the $300 and $600 so THEY get $300 more per child as well?
