Is there a provision in the Philippine Constitution that allows married persons to study in college?

Hi,

again this is part of my research in our Technical Writing. Any contribution will be of great help. Thanks!Is there a provision in the Philippine Constitution that allows married persons to study in college?
what do you mean? both husband and wife to study in the same college? i think theres nothing wrong with that. Anyway heres an excerpt;

Education Provision (Phil. Constitution)

Section 1

The State shall protect and promote the right of all citizens to quality education at all levels, and shall take appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all.

Section 5

(2) Academic freedom shall be enjoyed in all institutions of higher learning.

However to directly answer your question ... No. There is no like provision for ';married'; persons right to education.
