I am curious on how to get married through court. Do you have to bring in your wittness with you or what? And do they go through the ring thing and vows or is it just signing a piece of paper? How do you get married through court?

get your license at the courthouse. then you go before the judge. no witnesses are necessary anymore. you can exchange rings if you like and there's a kiss but that's about it. short and sweet.
Go to the courthouse. If you do not want to bring a witness you can do a confidential marriage. You will need an appt.
